1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the bbd9 platform and all its users. bbd9 is an online gaming and entertainment platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

In these Terms, "platform" refers to bbd9's website, mobile application, and all related digital channels. "User", "you", or "player" refers to anyone who has registered on or uses this platform.

These Terms apply in conjunction with bbd9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines. In the event of any conflict, these Terms will take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to create an account and use the bbd9 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old ("for persons aged 21 and above only").
• You must be a real person and acting on your own behalf.
• All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each user may operate only one account.
• bbd9 may request official documents at any time to verify your place of residence or identity.

If any information provided at registration changes, the user must notify bbd9 immediately. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.

3 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details secure is entirely your responsibility. bbd9 will never ask for your password or OTP by phone, email, or message.

• Do not share your account details with anyone else.
• If you log in to bbd9 on a public device, make sure to log out at the end of the session.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
• bbd9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account, unless the user reports it in a timely manner.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds at bbd9:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 for each payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Standard Withdrawal Time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed until account verification is complete.
• bbd9 will only return funds to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
• bbd9 may temporarily hold withdrawals if additional verification is required under anti-money laundering regulations.
• bbd9 reserves the right to cancel any transaction for technical reasons.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bbd9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Separate terms apply to all bonuses.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Example: ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000.
• Wagering Requirement: You must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• bbd9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bbd9 may temporarily suspend the account until the investigation is complete.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed while playing games on bbd9:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found on the game screen or in the help section.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bbd9 will investigate and provide a fair resolution.
• If you notice any discrepancy in a game result, you must report it to the support team within 24 hours.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final unless a technical error is proven.
• If a sports betting event is cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with bbd9's rules.
• bbd9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any game or market.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person ("multi-accounting").
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage ("bonus abuse").
• Using any software, bots, or automated methods in games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to test or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing other users or behaving in an inappropriate manner.
• Falsely identifying yourself as an officer or representative of bbd9.

Any winnings or bonuses obtained through prohibited activities will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bbd9 platform — logos, brand names, graphics, software, text, game designs, and other elements — is the intellectual property of bbd9 or its licensors.

• Reproducing, modifying, or distributing any content from the platform without written permission from bbd9 is prohibited.
• Use of the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• Imitating bbd9's brand identity or logo is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bbd9 will not be liable for the following:

• Losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or disruption of third-party services.
• Breach of account security due to the user's own negligence.
• General losses from gaming — gaming is inherently risky and carries the possibility of financial loss.
• Disruption to games or transactions caused by internet connection issues.
• Limiting or suspending services due to legal obligations.

In any circumstance, bbd9's total liability will not exceed the value of the transaction in question.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

bbd9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete account verification or submit required documents.
• The user's own request (including self-exclusion).
• Legal directives or orders from a regulatory authority.

Before closing an account, bbd9 will generally notify the user by email; however, in cases of fraud, action may be taken without prior notice.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bbd9 places the highest importance on protecting users' personal data. Our complete data collection and use policy is described in detail on the Privacy Policy page.

• Information provided at registration is used for service delivery, identity verification, and fulfilling legal obligations.
• The platform uses SSL encryption to keep data secure.
• bbd9 will never sell user data to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed in response to a valid request from a legal authority.

12 Changes to Terms

bbd9 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these Terms at any time. When changes are made:

• Users will be notified by email or on the platform before significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your balance.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between bbd9 and a user, the following process will be followed:

1. Step 1: Contact the support team directly and provide full details.
2. Step 2: The support team will review and communicate a decision within 72 working hours.
3. Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the decision, you may appeal to senior management.

bbd9 is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and impartially. In disputes regarding game results, server logs will be considered the final evidence.
